Some things that New Zealanders travelling or living in Armenia should be aware of are:

Crime – watch out for petty crime such as theft.
Civil unrest—demonstrations and protests are common and can disrupt travel plans. Avoid these and follow the instructions of local authorities.
Natural disasters – earthquakes and landslides can happen.
Local laws—make sure that you get to know the local laws and customs, especially around photography.
